How do credits work?

Credits are used each time you process a photo in HairFlip. You can purchase credit packs through the app. Credits do not expire and are tied to your device.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store. You can request a refund through your purchase history in your device's app store settings. If you need further assistance, contact us at support@shawneecollective.com.

Are my photos private?

Yes. Your photos are processed on-device or via secure API calls and are never stored on our servers. Once processing is complete, the photo data is discarded immediately. We do not access, view, or share your photos.

What devices are supported?

HairFlip is available on iOS devices running iOS 16 or later. Android support may be available in the future.

How realistic are the results?

HairFlip uses advanced AI to generate photorealistic previews. The results are designed to give you an accurate representation of how each hairstyle would look on you.
